Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary healthcare institutions: This includes outpatient services provided by the internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, and pediatrics departments at level 1 and level 2 hospitals. Additionally, it encompasses outpatient services offered at community health centers, community health stations, and clinics in urban areas, as well as township health centers and village clinics in rural areas. Western medicine practitioners in primary healthcare institutions: We will include any WMP-PHC available on the day of the USP visit. WMP-PHC can be classified into three main types, including Western medicine practitioners, Western medicine assistant practitioners, and rural doctors, whose scope of practice covers general practice, internal medicine, obstetrics, and pediatrics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Primary healthcare institutions: (1) Specialized medical institutions; (2) Public health prevention institutions; (3) Ethnic medicine institutions; (4) Hospitals that have not yet been classified. Western medicine practitioners in primary healthcare institutions: Exclusion of specialized doctors in other practice areas (such as cardiologists or endocrinologists).
