Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1: Age =18 years 2: Patients with acute ischemic stroke confirmed to have onset within 24 hours through CT/MRI are diagnosed in accordance with the "2019AHA/ASA Guidelines for Early Management of Acute Ischemic Stroke" and the "China Guidelines for Early Endovascular Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2022" 3: Informed consent signed by the patient, their immediate family members, or their authorized agents Control group: 1: Healthy individuals who undergo health examinations at the physical examination center of our hospital during the same time period and are matched with the group of acute ischemic stroke patients based on age, gender, and body mass index; 2: No previous underlying diseases, no known bleeding disorders, liver or kidney diseases, cancer, surgical history, or thrombotic events within the past 3 months, and no antiplatelet or anticoagulant treatment received; 3: The patient signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: mRS =2 points before the onset of this disease 2: Patients with moderate-to-severe mental disorders and dementia affecting the assessment of neurological functio 3: History of surgery within 3 months, severe acute or chronic infection, autoimmune disease, malignancy 4: A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding 5: Patients with hemorrhagic stroke, no ischemic stroke, or unknown ischemic stroke had ischemic stroke
