Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I-III ; Patient undergoing elective painless bronchoscopy ; aged 18-75 years; Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of narcotic drug allergy;Full stomach or gastrointestinal obstruction with retention of gastric contents ; Pregnant and lactating women;Coagulation disorders or a tendency to nosebleeds ;Mentally ill patients, patients who are unable to cooperate with the operation;Patients at risk of airway burns when using an electrosurgical knife;Patients with nasal polyps and nasal ventilation disorders;Patients with nasal trauma, nasal deformities, infections or wounds in the nasal cavity;Patients with severe nasal septum, nasal obstruction, fractures and skull base fractures
