Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a diagnosis of "chronic cholecystitis and gallbladder stones" who are to undergo "laparoscopic cholecystectomy"; 2. ASA class I-II; 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. BMI: 18-35 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous abdominal surgery; 2. Allergy or contraindication to the drugs used in the trial; 3. Abnormalities in coagulation; 4. Chronic use of opioids; 5. Drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Combined serious cardiac, hepatic, renal dysfunction and mental abnormality; 7. Infection at the puncture site or abnormal coagulation function.
