Gold Standard:SavO2 values are obainted on the basis of functional oxygenation saturation measurements SaO2(arterial oxygen saturation) and SjvO2 (jugular veinous blood oxygen saturation) by a CO-oxim
Index test:Compare the rSO2 value measured by the test equipment with the SavO2 of the subject, and the analysis results are represented by accuracy and trend accuracy.

18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult, aged 18-50, male or female, must understand clinical trials, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; (2) Meet the ASA Level I classification of the American Anesthesia Association (healthy subjects, without any systemic diseases); (3) Allen's test meets the puncture indications; (4) The subjects' carboxyhemoglobin COHb10g/dL; (5) The skin color can be light, normal, or deep; (6) There are no plaques, thrombi, or deformities in the internal jugular vein
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Smokers or those exposed to high levels of carbon monoxide; (2) Pregnancy; (3) The subject has symptoms or a history of peripheral ischemia; (4) Personnel deemed unsuitable for the clinical trial by the researchers.
