colonoscopy

Interventions

remimazolam + esketamine group :Patients in remimazolam + esketamine group are given 0.3mg/kg esketamine and 0.15mg/kg remimazolam intravenously after 30 seconds
propofol + esketamine group :Patients in PE group were given 0.3mg/kg esketamine and 1.5mg/kg propofol intravenously after 30 seconds.

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria include: (1) aged 65-85 years old; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I - II; (3) Body mass index 18-24kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include: (1) Abnormal liver and kidney function; (2) A history of alcohol or opioid abuse; (3) Use of benzodiazepines or analgesics within the past 3 months;(4) A history of contraindications or allergies to the drugs involved in this study; (5) Need to intubate or high risk of difficult airway (e.g. Mallampati score of 3 or 4); (6) Have mental illness or lack of cooperation; (7) Emergency surgery (such as acute gastrointestinal bleeding); (8) Further endoscopic treatment is required.
