Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: AMI inclusion criteria(must meet at least two of the following three criteria) :(1) Ischemic chest pain lasting for more than 1 h. (2) More than two related leads ST segment arch upward elevation. (3)CK-MB> 2 times the normal high limit, or cTnI >2 times higher. (2) UA inclusion criteria: Patients with significant changes in the duration, degree, frequency, and cause of angina pectoris attack within 2 months were manifested as transient ST segment depression and/or T wave inversion, but no ST segment elevation or CK-MB, cTnI< 2 times the normal high limit, and at least one coronary artery diameter was narrowed by more than 50%. (3) The inclusion criteria of SA: those with no significant change in the duration, degree, frequency, or cause of angina pectoris attack within 2 months met the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) classification of grade I, II, III stable angina pectoris (SA) and at least one coronary artery diameter stenosis of more than 50%. (4) Patients were followed up after treatment with complete data; ? The patient gives informed consent to the treatment and test, and signs a written "informed consent". 3. Informed and consented to coronary angiography.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary unstable angina pectoris. (2) valvular heart disease and heart failure. (3) Old myocardial infarction. (4) The time between symptoms and admission is more than 24 hours. (5) Inflammatory state of acute phase reaction. (6) Autoimmune diseases. (7) Cancer. (8) Advanced liver disease. (9) Renal failure.
