Interventions

SGB group:A single dose of 7ml 0.5% ropivacaine will be injected into the right stellate ganglion under ultrasound guidance
control group:A single dose of 2ml saline will beinjected into the muscle on the anterior lateral side of the right stellate ganglion under ultrasound guidance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following inclusion criteria to be enrolled in the study: 1. Age =65 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Major surgery under general anesthesia (radical resection of upper abdominal malignancies such as liver, pancreas and stomach, hip replacement, esophagus, heart and large blood vessel surgery, etc.); 3.ASA score was grade I-III; 4. The estimated operation time is more than 2 hours, and the estimated hospital stay is more than 3 days; 5. Able to understand the research process and use various evaluation scales, and able to effectively communicate with researchers; 6. I or my legal representative sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any of the following criteria were excluded from the study: 1. Have a mental illness or a history of mental illness; 2. Visual or auditory dysfunction; 3. A history of opioid abuse; 4. Patients who are unable to cooperate with various assessments; 5. Abnormal coagulation function; 6. Ropivacaine allergy; 7. Second operation within a short period (within 5 days); 8. Right neck skin infection or other conditions that are not conducive to SGB operation.
