Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The survey subjects were recruited from healthy young people aged 18-25 years old, excluding those with oral, endocrine, renal, gastrointestinal, and metabolic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female respondents during menstruation, or respondents who have recently experienced injuries, pregnancy, or other unsuitable conditions to participate in the experiment.
