Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 3-8 years old, gender unlimited, ASA (grade I-II), plasma tonsil adenoidectomy (operation duration =1 hour).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous central nervous system disease, congenital disease, hyperactivity, history of anesthesia surgery, presence of any factors affecting the evaluation such as speech, visual and hearing impairment. Patients with serious adverse events during or after the operation (resulting in death, life-threatening, irreversible damage to organ function, hospitalization or prolonged hospitalization and other major medical events), second postoperative anesthesia surgery, difficulty in intubation or delayed extubation (more than 1 hour without extubation), surgery time greater than 1 hour, and unable to cooperate with follow-up for any reason.
