Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Full-time on-the-job from January 2019 to December 2020; (2) Nurses who have obtained a nurse qualification certificate and are within the validity period of registration; (3) On-the-job time= 295 days/year; (4) The results of the 2019 and 2020 annual assessments in the hospital are all qualified and above; Exclusion criteria: (1) trainees of training courses for advanced nurses and specialist nurses; (2) nurses who leave or retire during the research period; (3) Nurses who ? 80 days of maternity leave, sick leave, personal leave, etc. during the study period
