Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with opioid tolerance (oral morphine equivalent=60mg/d, duration =1 week) and meeting the diagnostic criteria for refractory cancer pain; (2) Subjects or authorized family members sign informed consent for surgery and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Morphine allergy; (2) intrathecal drug infusion port implantation is contraindicated; (3) Those who cannot tolerate surgery due to failure or disorder of important organs; (4) Consciousness disorder or mental abnormality, unable to cooperate with pain, withdrawal response assessment or unable to self-control analgesia; (5) Pregnant and lactating women; (6) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months;
