Interventions

Control group:After intravenous injection of fentanyl 1ug/kg, etomidate 0.3mg/kg was injected for 30 seconds. When there was a body movement reaction during the examination, etomidate 3mg was injected
Test group:After intravenous injection of fentanyl 1ug/kg, ciprofol 0.4mg/kg was injected for 30 seconds. When there was a body movement reaction during the examination, ciprofol 0.05mg/kg was injecte

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-65 yesrs old; 2. ASA score of I or II; 3. BMI 18-28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy; 2.Hypersensitivity to the study medications or soy-based products; 3.Expected difficulty airway(modified Mallampati Score class III or IV); 4.Obstructive sleep apnea; 5.Cardiovascular disease(e.g. hypertension,coronary heart disease) 6.History of epilepsy.
