Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following criteria were met at the same time to be included in this study: ? elderly people aged 60 to 80 permanently residing in this community, with no plans to move or go out for a long period of time within six months; ? no serious mental illness; ? no serious physical illness, can complete the exercise programme provided, and can independently go to the community health service institutions or neighbourhood committees to take part in the intervention activities; ? no dementia, mild cognitive problems, and normal verbal communication ability; ? able to use WeChat or be trained to use WeChat basic communication enough; ? Be willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meet any of the following criteria to exclude this study: ? suffer from other serious neurological or psychiatric disorders (e.g., delirium) or brain injury; ? have a history of serious head trauma; ? have serious visual or hearing impairment (deafness or hearing impairment; visual impairment; vision and hearing loss); ? suffer from serious physical illness or other conditions that prevent the completion of the intervention; and ? have a history of prolonged and heavy alcohol consumption.
