Stroke-associated sarcopenia

Interventions

Resistance exercise intervention group:On the basis of conventional neurological rehabilitation, moderate intensity progressive alternate resistance training is added.
Warm acupuncture intervention group:Warm acupuncture treatment of specific acupoints is carried out by professional Chinese medicine doctors.
Exercise combined with warm acupuncture intervention group:The combined method of anti-resistance exercise plus warm acupuncture and moxibustion was used to intervene
Control group:The conventional comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for cerebral apoplexy was adopted.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Refer to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stroke Diseases" formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and confirmed by CT or magnetic resonance examination, clearly diagnosed as stroke with different degrees of limb dysfunction; ? The course of the disease was subacute and convalescent (1-4 weeks of onset); ?Brunnstrom=3 stages; ? Age =18 years old; ? Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe renal insufficiency requiring strict restriction of protein; ? Severe vision, hearing, speech impairment can not communicate; ? Serious organ disease, limb mutilation, a history of definite diagnosis of mental illness.
