Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Gestational age between 28 completed weeks and less than 35 full weeks at birth. ? Birth weight between 2000-3500 grams. ? Apgar score of at least 8 at 1 minute after birth. ? Stable vital signs within 24 hours after birth. ? Parents willing to participate in the study and able to provide at least 1-3 hours of care for the child daily after receiving training. ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Congenital metabolic disorders or congenital malformations. ? Need for surgical treatment. ? Tracheal intubation or mechanical ventilation. ? Receiving palliative care. ? Hospital stay less than 1 week. ? Parents with mental abnormalities or language communication barriers.
