Modified Evacuation Ventilator Program Group :Daily pre-withdrawal screening was performed on both groups of patients included in the study, and the screening protocol followed the 2017 American Thora
Stanard ventilator evacuation program group:Patients who underwent routine SBT tests to determine withdraw or not were set up as a control group

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First tracheal intubation; expected duration of intubation not less than 72 hours; and Age > 18 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ventilator-dependent or anticipated tracheotomy; moderate or severe acute respiratory distress syndrome; pregnancy; unwillingness to participate in the study; or in the opinion of the investigator, inappropriate for participation in the study (e.g., potential disputes).
