18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged between 18 and 75 years old 2) Confirmed FAP (CFAP or AFAP) A. CFAP (meets all of the following criteria) ? Patients with colorectal adenomatous polyps > 100 with an earlier age of onset (polyps usually develop between 10 and 20 years of age and gastrointestinal symptoms develop after 20 years of age) ? accompanied by extraintestinal manifestations such as CHRPE, osteoma, and desmoid tumors ? Autosomal dominant inheritance B. AFAP (meeting any of the criteria, excluding family members with >100 colorectal adenomas at the age 30 years old and had 10 to 99 colorectal adenomas ? There is one patient in the family with age of onset > 30 years old and had 10-99 adenomas, and a first-degree relative had a history of colorectal cancer with adenoma 3) perform upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital 4) those who signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who had undergone pancreaticoduodenectomy 2) patients with serious heart, liver, kidney or lung diseases 3) patients with inadequate gastrointestinal preparation and difficulty in clearly observing the mucosa
