18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Rotator cuff full-thickness tear live Elman III partial tear; (2) Arthroscopic double-row suture; (3) Age 18-65;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with giant rotator cuff tears; (2) Obvious shoulder joint stiffness before surgery; (3) Shoulder instability, severe shoulder osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, infections, tuberculosis, etc.; (4) Distal clavicle resection is required; (5) History of previous shoulder surgery; (6) Have received intra-articular injection treatment (glucocorticoids, sodium hyaluronate, PRP, etc.) within half a year before surgery;(7) Other diseases that are contraindicated or not suitable for glucocorticoids, or have a history of glucocorticoid allergy.
