Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as ischemic stroke by cranial CT or MRI, and the patient was diagnosed as ischemic stroke by first onset, with only one hemisphere injury, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2014; 2. During the study period, his condition was stable and his consciousness and consciousness were clear; 3. At the time of enrollment, the patients' sitting balance was greater than grade I, the lower extremity muscle tone was rated as modified Ashworth grade = 23, and there was no obvious cognitive dysfunction; 5. No diseases that can cause brain function changes, such as head trauma, intracranial infection, multiple sclerosis, etc.; 6. After the investigation of Chinese handedness criteria, it is judged to be right handedness; 7. The patient himself or his family members sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Intracranial organic lesions (space occupation, vascular malformation, infection, trauma, congenital developmental abnormalities); 3. Cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders and incompatibility; 4. Patients with visual spatial impairment; 5. There are metal foreign bodies in the body or other conditions not suitable for MRI examination; 6. Previous history of stroke, epilepsy, dementia, depression history.
