Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for patients 1. Clinical Diagnosis of OAB: urgency, with or without urine frequency and noctuira 2. Age 18 years old or more 3. Cooperate with MRI examination and questionaire 4. Planning for oral medication and follow-up 5. Willing to sign the informed consent Inclusion criteria for volunteer 1. Age 18 years old or more 2. Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With Urinary tract infection and/or abnormal urine test (white blood cell =100/ul) 2. Residual urine =100ml 3. Other diseases with urine urgency such as incontinence 4. Central nervous system disease within the past 6 months, including brain trauma, brain hemorrhage, brain infarction, intracranial tumor, intracranial infection, brain surgery, abuse of psychoactive drugs, etc. 5. Transurethral surgery within 6 months 6. With claustrophobia 7. With fixed metal dentures 8. With heart pacemaker, coronary vessel stent, metal internal fixation, etc., unsuitable for fMRI 9. Combined with urinary stones, urinary tumor or urinary inflammatory lesions. 10. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for fMRI
