Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the relevant diagnostic criteria in Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Glaucoma in China (2014) and are diagnosed by clinical examination; (2) Static gonioscopy found that the iris trabecular meshwork was in contact with 180 or more (the posterior trabecular meshwork was not visible above the lower half circle of static gonioscopy), and the closed range of angle adhesion exceeded two or more quadrants; (3) with elevated intraocular pressure and glaucoma optic nerve changes; (4) There is no obvious contraindication for operation and the whole body is in good condition; (5) Age: 18-80 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary glaucoma caused by other ophthalmic diseases or trauma; (2) Non-glaucoma optic neuropathy; (3) Other eye history, eye injury history and eye surgery history; (4) those who cannot cooperate with the inspectors; (5) One of the above situations will be excluded.
