Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First-time stroke, diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI; (2) The onset of the condition occurred between two weeks and 6 months; (3) The presence of motor function impairment (FMA of upper limb <66 points or FMA of lower limb <34 points); (4) The patient does not have significant cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of stroke, brain trauma, or brain tumor; (2) Co-occurring severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction, or other serious somatic diseases; (3) Past history of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy; (4) Implanted metals in the body such as heart pacemakers, metals in the skull, etc. (5) The occurrence of new infarcts or secondary bleeding, and those with deteriorating conditions; (6) Those with severe cervical spine disease, including severe cervical spinal stenosis, and cervical spine instability.
