Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Twin block pre treatment criteria (1) Angular Class II Class 1 malocclusion; (2) The development of the maxilla is normal or slightly overdeveloped, while the development of the mandible is insufficient; (3) From a side view, the appearance is poor, with obvious underdevelopment of the mandible, chin retraction, and significant improvement in the lateral appearance when the mandible extends forward to the incision; (4) There is no obvious crowding or unevenness in the lower anterior teeth; (5) According to the cervical maturity analysis method, the patient was in CS1-CS3 before treatment; (6) Upper and lower tooth slot seat angle (ANB angle)>= 4.5 °; (7) The value of mandibular plane angle FMA is = 28 °; Twin-block patients who have just completed early correction and have not yet undergone secondary treatment that meet the above criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Systemic diseases, syndromes, congenital abnormalities; (2) History of orthodontic treatment; (3) Facial deviation; (4) Have a history of jawbone trauma.
