Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Selective uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP) or palatopharyngoplasty for pediatric OSAS patients 2) Age 1-12 years old 3) Postoperative admission to anesthesia recovery room (PACU) 4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I - III 5) Obtaining informed consent from the child and guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Children with preoperative hypoxemia 2) OSAS pediatric patients who require high flow nasal catheter ventilation, continuous positive pressure ventilation (CPAP), or positive pressure ventilation before surgery
