Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with PCOS based on Western diagnostic criteria; 2. It is in line with the damp-heat type of liver meridian in traditional Chinese medicine 3. Female, aged between 15 and 35 years old; 4. Patient's informed consent. If the above four criteria are met at the same time, they can be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Positive pregnancy test; 2. Moderate to severe abnormal liver and kidney function (more than twice the normal value); 3. Hypertension; 4. Abnormal coagulation function; 5. Anemia; 6. Excessive menstruation, disintegrating and prolonged menstruation; 7. Patients with anxiety, depression and other mental disorders; 8. Oral administration of hormones, insulin sensitizers and other endocrine-regulating drugs within 3 months; 9. Combined with reproductive system tumors (excluding uterine fibroids =3cm); 10. Complicated with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive, respiratory, hematopoietic and other diseases.
