18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A Age 18-75 years old (including the cut-off value), male and female; B Postoperative pathological diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma; C Patients with Chinese liver cancer stage IIb or IIIa; D Surgically resectable after evaluation; E Liver function of Child-Pugh grade A or B; F Physical fitness status score ECOG 0-1; G Absence of extra-hepatic lesions and other contraindications to surgery, such as impairment of vital organ function due to systemic therapy; and H At least one image-measurable lesion according to the Modified Revised Evaluation Criteria for the Evaluation of the Efficacy of Solid Tumors (mRECIST).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma with intrahepatic recurrence after prior radical resection; B Patients who had not adequately recovered from any intervention-induced toxicity or complications prior to initiating treatment; C Patients with a previous malignancy other than primary hepatocellular carcinoma within 5 years; D Missing pre-treatment liver imaging data; and E Incomplete follow-up data.
