Experimental group:(1)Include patients into the blood glucose management virtual ward and open the prescription permission of remote blood glucose management team.(2)Underline initial diagnosis.(3)Man
Control group:The doctor in charge manages the blood glucose and can initiate regular specialist consultations.

18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a)Hospitalized patients aged 18-75 with non-emergency surgery, b)Fasting plasma glucose=8mmol/L or the number of insulin shots =2 or history of diabetes with HbA1c=7.0%, c)Non-severe patients, d)Patients and their families can understand the study plan, agree to participate in the study and provide written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a)Have fever or infection before surgery, b)Length of hospital stay<5 days, c)Refuse the continuous glucose monitoring and blood glucose monitoring.
