Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 6-17, 2. Meeting the screening criteria for overweight/obesity in children and adolescents (Chinese Journal of Epidemiology.2004.25(2):97102); 3. Children and parents participate voluntarily and sign informed consent; 4. Parents have access to the Internet as well as smartphones or computers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious diseases such as heart, liver, brain and kidney cannot cooperate with investigators (such as congenital heart disease, Down syndrome, etc.); Chronically ill; Recent acute illness; People with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness.
