Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with chronic lateral ankle joint instability who meet the surgical indications; ? Age =18 years old; ? Patients volunteered to be included in the study and signed informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There are contraindications for surgery, including malformation of the affected foot, malalignment of the affected limb, ankle fracture, ankle osteoarthritis, talar osteonecrosis, ankle infection, etc. ?Failed repair of lateral collateral ligament of ankle joint in the past; ? Poor soft tissue conditions such as scars and ulcers outside the ankle joint; ? benign joint hypermobility syndrome; ? Ankle bone and cartilage injury, the need for bone and cartilage transplantation; ? Patients with subtalar joint instability; ?Have a history of allergy to alcohol, morphine, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or local anesthetics; ?Long-term use of sedatives, opioids, a history of alcohol abuse, drug users; ? Patients with unstable vital signs, obvious hyperthermia, chills, blood pressure and heart rate fluctuation before surgery; ? People with neurosis and mental illness who cannot cooperate with doctors in diagnosis and treatment activities; ?Persons with a tendency to bleeding easily or serious cardiac, pulmonary or renal insufficiency; ?Also had other rheumatic and metabolic diseases such as gout, rheumatoid arthritis, hemophilia, ankylosing spondylitis, etc
