Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Postpartum stress urinary incontinence, in line with the relevant diagnostic criteria; ? After =1 month (simple drug treatment or simple pelvic floor muscle function training) conservative effect is not significant; ? Agree not to receive any other treatment outside the program during the period of participation in the program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Take other pelvic floor treatment measures; ? Have a history of neurological or psychiatric problems. Those who meet any of the above criteria are excluded; ? There are serious pelvic floor muscle injury, limb dysfunction, serious cardio-cerebral vascular disease; ? Incontinence due to bladder and urethral injury; 5. Past history of pelvic surgery.
