Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) A clear history of ankle trauma; (2) Pain on the lateral side of the ankle joint immediately after sprain, local swelling, subcutaneous ecchymosis, with claudication; (3) Obvious local pressure and pain, and severe pain in the anterior and inferior part of the lateral ankle when the foot is turned inward; (4) Restriction of joint movement; (5) No fracture or dislocation on X-ray film.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who did not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Combined serious cardiac, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and haematopoietic system, endocrine system diseases; (3) Patients with mental illness or dementia; (4) Those with localised skin breakdown or skin diseases.
