Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological histology confirmed as DLBCL. 2.Pre-treatment 18F-FDG PET/CT examination conducted. 3.All patients received R-CHOP as the first-line treatment regimen. 4.Complete clinical pathological and follow-up data available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of previous antitumor therapy. 2.Patients with a history of other tumors. 3.Incomplete clinical information or imaging data. 4.Concomitant other malignant tumors
