Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. All cases were confirmed as breast cancer by pathology or cytology, the stage criteria are patients below stage II, and all patients have been treated by surgery combined with radiotherapy or chemotherapy; B. PTSD symptoms were evaluated by PCL-C for at least 1 month, and the diagnosis of PTSD was confirmed by CAPS evaluation; C. KPS (Karnofsk) score>60, estimated survival>6 months; D. 18-70 years old, with education level above primary school; E. The patient's condition is stable, without severe center of gravity, liver, brain, kidney and other organic damage or bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction; F. The patient has clear mind, no dyslexia and can complete the questionnaire; G. The patient can understand and agree to participate in this study and has good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Non primary breast cancer; B. Previous history of primary or secondary mental disorders, taking psychiatric drugs; C. Parents with mental disorders within three generations; D. Special psychotherapy (cognitive behavioral therapy focusing on trauma, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing); E. In addition to breast cancer, it is experiencing other major traumatic events; F. Breast cancer patients with brain metastasis; G. Pregnant women H. Participants in other clinical studies within the past month; I. According to the judgment of the researchers, there are other reasons that may lead to loss of follow-up or may not be suitable for selection.
