Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation, with ASA grade I–III and BMI of 19-27 kg/m2, who are scheduled to undergo elective renal artery sympathetic ablation under basic anesthesia without intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to esketamine or remifentanil. 2. Use of drugs that affect the central nervous system. 3. Chronic pain. 4. Severe ischemic heart disease; Heart failure (ejection fraction <40%). 5. Severe respiratory disease (spirometry and/or forced expiratory volume <50%). 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function. 7. History of neuropsychiatric illness or substance abuse. 8. Unable to cooperate with the scale assessment. 9. Pregnant or lactating.
