Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Between the ages of 20-40 years old ? Color ultrasound or physical examination suggests dilation of the cervical tube or opening of the uterine orifice, with or without protrusion of the fetal membrane

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Twin or multiple pregnancy; ? accompanied by painful contractions or vaginal bleeding; ? Severe complications such as placental abruption and neonatal malformation; ? It is inferred to be infected with amniotic cavity; ? High blood image in hospital did not return to normal range after treatment.
