Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years; ? The subject has signed the informed consent form. ? Diagnosis of ocular surface diseases: pterygium, infectious keratitis, conjunctivitis, keratoconus, dry eye after refractive surgery, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with psychosis, cognitive dysfunction, cardio-cerebrovascular accident, malignant arrhythmia, and dysfunction of important organs. Systemic connective tissue diseases and serious autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, lupus erythematosus, thyroiditis, etc. Patients with a history of systemic or ocular surgery, trauma or other diseases requiring long-term use of eye drops2. The subject refused to sign the informed consent.
