Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection criteria (all items below must be met) :1. age:6-12 yeas old.2. ASA Classification I-II.3. Family members or children sign informed consent forms .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with a history of oesophageal or gastric surgery or gastrointestinal disorders (including gastrooesophageal reflux, hiatal hernia, or gastritis).2 Abnormal liver and kidney function.3.Neuromuscular diseases.4.BMI>35kg/m2.5.Children who are allergic to milk
