18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. patients was assessed as a DoC patient by 5 times CRS-R ; B. patients with disease onset more than 28 day ; C. patient not have been affected by central nervous stimulants for 48 hours prior to stimulation ; D. patient not have used neuromuscular blockers for 24 hours prior to stimulation ; E. skin and anatomical structure of the target are intact ; F. right-handed, as verified using the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. patients with active seizures or a history of mental illness ; B. patients with intracranial indwelling metal objects, cranial bone flaps, and skull defects ; C. patients with unstable vital signs.
