Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995; ? Confirmed by head CT or MRI to be the first, unilateral onset; ? Vital signs are stable, consciousness is clear, and mini-mental state examination (mini-mental examination) state examination, MMSE) = 26 points; ? disease duration > 2 weeks; ? affected side standing balance = grade 1; ? no skull defect or repair; ? no obvious cerebral edema and brain atrophy; ? patient informed and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of organic brain disease or mental illness; ? Have a progressive cerebral ischemia and stroke; ? Have a history of severe visceral disease or tumor; ? Have taken anticonvulsant drugs in the past month or received nerve blocks such as botulinum toxin in the past 6 months surgery; ? Other diseases that may affect the balance measurement of the lower limbs, such as recent fractures, peripheral nerve injuries, deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs, etc.; ? The patient’s family members did not sign the informed consent form; ? Accompanied by coronary heart disease or other heart diseases; ? Uncontrolled High blood pressure (systolic blood pressure higher than 160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure higher than 100mmHg).
