Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Males or non-pregnant females aged 18 to 80 years (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension 2018 Revised Edition (3) Subjects are able to understand the purpose of the clinical trial, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious adverse reactions to drug therapy (2)Those who are ineffective in drug therapy (3)Patients with secondary hypertension (4)Patients with intractable hypertension (5)Those who are unable to complete the prescribed exercise program (6) Patients with other malignant diseases affecting participation in the study (7) Patients who, in the judgment of the investigator, have poor compliance and are unable to complete the clinical trial as required
