Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The clinical symptoms, signs and imaging findings were consistent with the diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; ? Complete CT examination and MRI examination (images include DWI, ADC, T2 Fair and 3D-TOF sequences), and the images can be used for evaluation (no obvious motion artifacts, etc.); ? CT examination should be performed within 72 hours after stroke symptoms; ? The interval between CT and MRI was less than 7 day.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Incomplete clinical data; ? Patients with intracranial hemorrhage, brain tumor and brain surgery.
