Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age <18 years old, pediatric males or pediatric females; 2) Pediatric patients who were mechanically ventilated with general anesthesia by tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask and completed surgery; 3) Pediatric patients in whom ciprofol or propofol was used during induction and maintenance of general anesthesia (induction of general anesthesia was defined as from the time of the first intravenous injection of ciprofol or propofol to the time of the first completion of endotracheal intubation/laryngeal mask placement; and maintenance of general anesthesia was defined as the time from the completion of endotracheal intubation/laryngeal mask placement to the time of completion of the procedure); 4) The data retrieval period was from 01/01/2020 to 03/31/2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pediatric patients who underwent emergency surgery or intraoperative emergencies; (2) Pediatric patients who underwent diagnostic tests such as gastroenteroscopy and tracheoscopy.
