Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 66 elderly patients (age>=60 years) who attended the COVID-19 Sequelae Treatment Clinic of Beijing Hospital and were recruited from the society, with the weakness index FI>0.15. Sign an informed consent form and agree to participate in the study. ? It was diagnosed as COVID-19 pneumonia infection. ? 12 weeks after the infection of COVID-19, there are still persistent or recurrent symptoms, such as fatigue, dyspnea, cognitive impairment, loss of smell, etc.
Exclusion criteria

There are other reasons that may lead to sequelae similar to COVID-19, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, nervous system diseases, mental disorders, etc. ?
