Traditional Chinese Medicine Group:The traditional Chinese medicine group was given the "Elderly Weakness Intervention Formula" cream formula, with 20 grams of bid taken orally for a total of 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 66 elderly patients (age>=60 years) who attended the COVID-19 Sequelae Treatment Clinic of Beijing Hospital and were recruited from the society, with the weakness index FI>0.15. Sign an informed consent form and agree to participate in the study. ? It was diagnosed as COVID-19 pneumonia infection. ? 12 weeks after the infection of COVID-19, there are still persistent or recurrent symptoms, such as fatigue, dyspnea, cognitive impairment, loss of smell, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are other serious or life-threatening situations, such as malignant tumors, heart block, thromboembolic events, encephalitis, etc. ? There are other reasons that may lead to sequelae similar to COVID-19, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, nervous system diseases, mental disorders, etc. ? Drugs that are being used or have been used recently that may affect the evaluation or treatment of COVID-19's sequelae, such as corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, antibiotics, etc.
