Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.60 years<age<85 years; 2. Plan to undergo routine painless gastroscopy examination and treatment; 3. ASAI-III level; 4.15kg/m2<BMI<32 kg/m2; 5. Modified mallampati score at I-II level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sleep apnea syndrome and glaucoma; 2. Individuals with a history of allergies or contraindications to any anesthetic, egg, or soybean; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction and patients with severe heart dysfunction; 4. The preoperative MMSE cognitive score is less than 27 points; 5. Acute stage of perforation of the esophagus, stomach, and duodenum; 6. Recent upper respiratory tract infections; 7. Patients with adrenal cortical dysfunction, receiving glucocorticoid therapy, or having porphyrin syndrome; 8. Previous adverse events of sedation; 9. Basic systolic blood pressure<80mmHg, blood oxygen saturation<90%, or blood oxygen saturation<95% after 5 minutes of oxygen inhalation (2L/min).
