Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine mentioned above for knee osteoarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and wind cold dampness type; (2) Patients aged 40-70 with unilateral knee osteoarthritis; (3) Not receiving systematic treatment within the first half month of enrollment; (4) Patients who have clearly defined the experimental content, are aware of the experimental process, and have signed an informed consent form; (5) Those who have good compliance and are willing to cooperate with the entire experimental process;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine; Patients with local skin damage or infection on the affected knee joint, as well as significant bone destruction and severe deformities; Have a history of knee joint injury or surgery within 6 months prior to the start of the trial; 4 patients are in lactation or pregnancy; 5. Knee joint pain caused by other reasons, such as diffuse pain caused by neuropathic osteoarthritis joints; 6 cases of allergic reactions to internal plaster or external medication; 7. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, and mental illness;
