Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with multiple myeloma according to IMWG criteria. 2) Karyotype analysis and FISH detection were performed at the time of initial diagnosis 3) ECOG performance score 0-3 4) Expected survival time = 3 months 5) Subject must sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Non-initial diagnosis and treatment; Other plasma cell diseases of inactive multiple myeloma, including primary amyloidosis, MGUS (monoclonal gammaglobulinemia of unknown significance) or smoldering myeloma and solitary plasma cell tumor; 2) Karyotype analysis and FISH were not detected at the initial diagnosis; 3) Combined with other malignant tumors; 4) Active tuberculosis patients and HIV-positive patients; 5) Drug addiction or mental illness; 6) Treatment related to myeloma cannot be performed due to various reasons such as physical condition; 7) Refuse to join the study patient; 8) The sample quality is unqualified; 9) Unable to follow the research protocol
