Interventions

control group:During hospitalization, routine nursing measures related to rheumatic and immune diseases are given.
Test group:On the basis of routine disease specialized nursing measures, dyadic coping interventions were conducted on the experimental group patients and their spouses.

20 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient: (1) Married female with surviving spouse; (2) Literate individuals without communication barriers; (3) Patients who meet the 2019 revised SLE classification diagnostic criteria of the European Alliance for Rheumatology/American Association of Rheumatology (ACR) and are diagnosed with SLE comprehensively based on clinical data; (4) Be aware of one's own condition; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Spouse: (1) Married and living together; (2) Individuals without communication barriers; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient: (1) Taking anti anxiety, depression, or sedative drugs; (2) Individuals with serious life-threatening illnesses or cognitive impairments, or a history of mental illness; (3) Failed to complete the investigator. (4) Those with poor compliance. Spouse: (1) Those who take anti anxiety, depression, or sedative drugs; (2) Individuals with serious life-threatening illnesses or cognitive impairments, or a history of mental illness; (3) Failed to complete the investigator.
