Interventions

Oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine group:Dexmedetomidine 0.5µg/kg was infused intravenously within 10min before operation, and then 0.2µg/(kg·h) was infused continuously until the end of operatio
fentanyl combined with dexmedetomidine group:Dexmedetomidine 0.5µg/kg was infused intravenously within 10min before operation, and then 0.2µg/(kg·h) was infused continuously until the end of operation

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged =18 years old, ASA II or III, with primary abdominal tumor who had poor analgesic effect of oral opioids (MS Contin =300mg/d, VAS=5 points at rest and burst pain>3 times/day) or could not tolerate side effects of high-dose opioids were selected from our hospital from December 2023 to August 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction, severe bradycardia, poor control of hypertension, unstable angina pectoris, atrioventricular block above second degree, subarachnoid puncture taboos, allergy to dexmedetomidine , history of opioid abuse, unable to tolerate surgery or uncompleted surgery, unwilling to cooperate with researchers
