Nerve block group (N group):Bilateral transversal combined with rectus sheath nerve block was performed, and 10ml of 0.3% ropivacaine was injected into each point
Remazolam group (R group):0.2mg/kg/h remazolam besylate was pumped at a constant rate 10 minutes before anesthesia induction, adjusted to 0.1mg/kg/h after induction and maintained until 30 minutes bef

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age =60 years old, =75 years old ?ASAII or Level III ?BMI=28kg/?. ? To undergo laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery ? Sign informed consent ? Gender unlimited ? Years of education =5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with serious cardiopulmonary disease ? Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency ? Allergic to benzodiazepines and remazolam ? Mental illness (5) Laparotomy was performed during the operation ? Preoperative consciousness or cognitive dysfunction The operation time is more than 6 hours ? Severe coagulation dysfunction
